That makes Ethiopia Sidamo the original – the O.G. – the ARABICA O.G.! The high altitudes allow the beans to develop more complex flavors – more fruitiness and more vibrancy. Floral and citrusy lemon aromas lift the earthy and berry notes; delicate hints of exotic stone fruits and cane sugar linger as a bright finish.
