Darker Medium Roasted Blend

From the north end of Pine Island comes this electric bolt of inspiration, a darker medium roasted blend for the most adventurous among you – our BOKEELIA HEAT LIGHTNING! We created a specific mix of South Asian and South American beans, and roasted them together to bring out an intense depth of flavor. Deep notes of chocolate, warm toffee, and earthy nuttiness, mingle with faint middle and upper notes of citrus and mango, peach, and mulberry. The aroma hints at almond and jasmine, while the sweet acidity whispers of maple and brown sugar. We believe we’ve captured lightning in a coffee cup!
