DARK ROASTED BLEND

Our ESPRESSO recipe was handed down to us by the original roaster at the Perfect Cup, Jordan, who insisted this blend be just right! This is a unique mix of South American Single Origin beans, dark roasted so the acidity diminishes, and bittersweet flavors emerge. At The Perfect Cup our ESPRESSO beans are pulled through our Italian-made Magister Espresso machine, creating a lovely liquid velvet with the signature crema. This ESPRESSO anchors all our Barista-made drinks – Cappuccinos and Lattes, Americanos and Macchiatos and more! The flavor profile blends deep smoky chocolate and warm nutty toffee with upper notes of exotic citrus and berries. Full-bodied with low acidity, our ESPRESSO finishes sweet and smooth – just as Jordan intended!
