LIGHT ROAST

This extremely flavorful coffee is grown in the Malabar region along the southwestern coast of India. A creamy and full-bodied roast with very low acidity is created by the process of “monsooning.” Deliberately exposed to the monsoon winds and humidity in open warehouses, these beans naturally lose most of their acidity and turn golden. Lightly roasted to a palette of browns – from cinnamon to chestnut – GURU offers a smooth, mellow cup of coffee with a distinct flavor profile.

Our GURU has deep notes of semi-sweet chocolate, cashew and clove that are balanced by medium notes of salted caramel. Top notes sing of exotic fruits like papaya and guava, while gentle sandalwood aromas float atop this peaceful and centered cup of coffee. OMMMM…
