Like sunrise on the water, our MATLACHA MORNING blend is a sparkling delight! It is smooth and sweet, brightened by exotic fruits. Dark chocolate and cherry notes anchor this cup while vanilla and creamy caramel offer sweetness. Tropical fruits are the top sails, ranging from hints of guava and star fruit to notes of tamarind and passion fruit. Post-roasted means we’ve roasted two batches at two different temperatures and blended the beans together after they’ve cooled. The result is a multi-dimensional profile highlighting the best of each Single Origin. Our MATLACHA MORNING has a rich, creamy body and lively acidity.
