World famous for its bold flavors and rich, heavy body, we have chosen a new name for our Single Origin Sumatra Mandheling – RHINO’S BREATH! Legendary in the coffee world, these beans are grown in rich volcanic soil on Sumatra, one of the many islands that make up Indonesia, and home to the rare Sumatran Rhino. The semi-washed processing is responsible for creating the rich denseness and fostering more herbal and spice flavors.

Delightfully smooth and intense, our RHINO’S BREATH is full-bodied and low in acidity. This is the coffee lover’s coffee. Distinctive and complex, cocoa and toffee notes underscore the distinctive dark spicy flavors of clove and nutmeg sweetened with hints of brown sugar. The lush, syrupy aftertaste flashes of hibiscus offering an exotic finish. It may not be a pretty name, but it’s a gorgeous cup of coffee!
