LIGHT & DARK POST-ROASTED BLEND

Our SAFARI SUNRISE is crafted by blending three different African Single Origin beans, roasted at two different temperatures. Called a post-roast blend, these beans are roasted in two separate batches and then mixed after they have cooled. This creates a dimensional layering effect, allowing notes of the individual flavor profiles to shine through. SAFARI SUNRISE is full-bodied, with a velvety texture and bright acidity. Undertones of deep dark chocolate and subtle berry anchor the many exotic fruity and floral upper notes. Citrusy lemon and bergamot orange harmonize with wild plum, passion fruit and mango. Hints of jasmine and lemongrass offer a fascinating floral aroma. This is a smooth, vibrant cup of coffee, excellent for sunrise anywhere!
